Keller Construction strongly believes that much of the success of our projects is directly related to the working relationships we form with our subcontractors and suppliers. We are committed to working with and promoting minority and woman owned firms. We are an equal opportunity employer and always encourage our subcontractors and suppliers to be so as well.
Subcontractors and suppliers are each required to sign agreements with Keller Construction. Suppliers shall sign a purchase order, and subcontractors shall sign a subcontract. Standard terms and conditions associated with each of these agreements can be provided upon request.
Our dedication to safety is extremely important. When we provide and promote a safe working environment it benefits our entire team and our projects. At Keller Construction, we continually evaluate our policies and procedures as well as those of our subcontractors. Our subcontractors are required to be OSHA compliant and follow the safety program set forth by Keller Construction as well as their own.
Before any subcontractor begins work, they shall provide a properly executed subcontract and completed certificate of insurance at their own expense. Minimum insurance requirements can be provided upon request.
